- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife for uniformity.
- In a medium bowl, gently toss the banana slices with lemon juice. In a separate small bowl, mix the oil and cinnamon. Drizzle over the banana slices and toss again to coat evenly.
- Arrange the slices in a single, non-overlapping layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp. Work in batches if necessary.
- Transfer the banana chips to a wire rack to cool completely. They will become much crispier as they cool down.
