  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 6 oz each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  2. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and season both sides with paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped chives, and parsley. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The topping should be golden and bubbly.
