Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Butterfly the lobster tails: Using sharp kitchen shears, cut lengthwise through the top center of the shell, stopping at the tail fin. Gently separate the shell, and carefully lift the meat, leaving it attached at the base. Place the meat on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Place the prepared lobster tails on the baking sheet. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter sauce. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm, and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with additional fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes
Do Not Overcook: Keep a close eye on the lobster, as overcooking will result in a tough, rubbery texture.
Broiling Option: For extra color, you can broil the tails for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking. Baste with more butter before broiling.
