Daily Seed Mix
- In a large airtight container, combine ground flax seeds, chia seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, and raw sunflower seeds.
- Shake the container vigorously until the seeds are evenly distributed.
- Store in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
Bariatric Seed Tonic
- Add 1 tablespoon of the pre-made Bariatric Seed Mix to a glass or mug with optional lemon juice.
- Pour in 10-12 ounces of water and stir vigorously for 30-60 seconds.
- Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the seeds to fully expand. Stir again before drinking.
Notes
If you are new to a high-fiber intake, begin with just one teaspoon per day. Always drink plenty of water throughout the day when consuming this seed mix.
