  • 3 cups Filtered Water

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, add the cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ajwain seeds, and filtered water.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the water to a rolling boil.
  3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the tea simmer gently for 10-12 minutes. This slow simmering process is crucial for extracting the beneficial compounds from the seeds.
  4. Turn off the heat. Carefully pour the tea through a fine-mesh strainer into your favorite mug to remove the seeds.
