- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or in the microwave for 15-20 seconds until warm and pliable.
- Lay a warm tortilla on a flat surface. Sprinkle a line of shredded cheddar cheese down the center of the tortilla.
- Top the cheese with a quarter of the BBQ chicken mixture, followed by some thinly sliced red onion and shredded lettuce.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing. Fold in the two sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately for the best results.
