  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken a rotisserie chicken works great
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce use your favorite brand
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch size
  • 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or in the microwave for 15-20 seconds until warm and pliable.
  3. Lay a warm tortilla on a flat surface. Sprinkle a line of shredded cheddar cheese down the center of the tortilla.
  4. Top the cheese with a quarter of the BBQ chicken mixture, followed by some thinly sliced red onion and shredded lettuce.
  5. Drizzle with ranch dressing. Fold in the two sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately for the best results.
