  • 16 oz sour cream full-fat recommended
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (approx 1 oz)
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chilies well-drained (like Rotel)
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend divided
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions divided

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and the packet of taco seasoning. Mix with a spatula or hand mixer until smooth and fully combined.
