Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm water not boiling
  • 1 tbsp raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness

  • 1 Mug or Glass For mixing and serving
  • 2 Measuring Spoons 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon
  • 1 Grater For fresh ginger

Method
 

  1. In a mug or glass, pour the warm water. Add the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Add the freshly grated ginger and optional honey or maple syrup.
  3. Stir all the ingredients together until the honey (if using) is fully dissolved.
  4. Sip the drink slowly, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning, to get the maximum benefits.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Sip through a straw to protect tooth enamel from the acidity of the lemon and ACV. You can make a larger batch of the ginger-infused water and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
