Method
- In a mug or glass, pour the warm water. Add the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
- Add the freshly grated ginger and optional honey or maple syrup.
- Stir all the ingredients together until the honey (if using) is fully dissolved.
- Sip the drink slowly, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning, to get the maximum benefits.
Notes
For best results, use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Sip through a straw to protect tooth enamel from the acidity of the lemon and ACV. You can make a larger batch of the ginger-infused water and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
