- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or spatula to combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
