- Turn the dough out onto a surface lightly dusted with powdered sugar and knead gently for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Divide the dough and roll each portion into a 1/2-inch thick rope. Cut the rope into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Place the mints in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let them air dry at room temperature for 12-24 hours to set.
