Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Toffee Bits
  • Apples, Pretzels, and Graham Crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat again until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly onto a serving platter or into a shallow dish.
  4. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Sprinkle the toffee bits over the caramel.
  6. Serve immediately with desired dippers, or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
