- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a large rectangle.
- Spread the cooled ground beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Tightly roll the dough into a log from the long side. Pinch the seam to seal. Cut the log into 12 equal-sized rolls.
- Place rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes
Ensure the beef filling has cooled before spreading it on the dough to prevent it from becoming soggy.
