Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 85/15 lean
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 can Refrigerated Pizza Dough 13.8 oz
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 large Egg beaten with 1 tsp water
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds optional

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a large rectangle.
  3. Spread the cooled ground beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  4. Tightly roll the dough into a log from the long side. Pinch the seam to seal. Cut the log into 12 equal-sized rolls.
  5. Place rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
