- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Whisk until smooth. Stir in the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese (3/4 cup), garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the chicken mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces. Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly over the top of the chicken filling.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese (3/4 cup) over the biscuits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the biscuits are cooked through and golden brown on top. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
