Method
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, crushed croutons, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the Caesar dressing over the ingredients and toss gently until everything is lightly and evenly coated. Season with black pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 15-20 seconds per side or in the microwave for about 20 seconds. This makes them pliable and easy to fold.
- Lay one warm tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon about one-fourth of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes
For Meal Prep: Store the chicken mixture, chopped lettuce, and dressing in separate airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Assemble just before serving to prevent sogginess.
Toasted Wraps: For a crispy finish, place the assembled wrap seam-side down in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
