- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, milk, shredded chicken, chopped chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 rectangles (press seams of 2 triangles together if necessary). Spoon about ¼ cup of the chicken mixture onto the center of each rectangle.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch the seams tightly to seal. Place the pillows seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the pillows with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the dough is cooked through. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
Tip 1: For extra rich flavor, you can add 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese to the filling.
Tip 2: Ensure the crescent dough seams are sealed very well to prevent the creamy filling from leaking during baking.
