Board Assembly
  1. Cook all hot items like bacon and sausage. Warm any pastries like cinnamon rolls. Wash and prepare all fresh fruit.
  2. Arrange 3-4 small bowls on your large platter. Fill them with maple syrup, jam, and cream cheese dip.
  3. Place your stacks of mini pancakes, quiches, and croissants on the board, spacing them apart.
  4. Create flowing lines or piles of the crispy bacon and sausage links between the larger items.
  5. Fill all the remaining gaps on the board with handfuls of mixed berries, grapes, and orange slices. This makes the board look full and abundant.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs for a festive look. Serve immediately while the warm items are still fresh.
