- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the Conecuh sausage into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 smaller, narrow triangles (for a total of 24 pieces).
- Tightly wrap one piece of dough around each slice of Conecuh sausage. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse sea salt, if using. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
