  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese drained of any excess liquid
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or other toppings of choice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate or a similar-sized baking dish.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes until the edges are set.
