  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Buttermilk Full fat
  • 4 tbsp (56g) Salted Butter Melted and slightly cooled
  • 2 tbsp (8g) Fresh Parsley Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (4g) Fresh Chives Minced
  • 1 tsp (2g) Dried Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) Cracked Black Pepper Coarsely cracked
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced into a paste

  • 1 Small Whisk For emulsifying the base

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a jar or bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth and glossy.
  2. Fold in the minced garlic, sea salt, and half of the cracked black pepper until well distributed.
Add Texture and Swirl
  1. Add the finely chopped parsley, minced chives, and red pepper flakes. Stir gently to maintain the vibrant green and red colors.
  2. Pour the melted golden butter over the top. Using a knife, gently swirl 2-3 times to create a marbled effect without fully mixing the butter into the ranch.
