  • 2 whole Green Apples Sliced into wedges
  • 2 whole Red Apples Sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup Purple Grapes 150g, whole
  • 1 lb Strawberries 450g, halved with green tops on

Method
 

Whipping the Dip
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium-high for 2 minutes until completely smooth and aerated.
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla. Beat on high until the mixture is thick, opaque, and shows soft, rounded peaks with a glossy finish.
Plating and Serving
  1. Slice green and red apples into uniform wedges. Cut strawberries in half vertically, leaving the green leafy hulls attached for visual contrast.
  2. Place the dip in a white ceramic bowl at the center of a platter. Arrange the raw fruit pieces in a tight, dense ring surrounding the bowl, alternating colors for symmetry.
