Ingredients
  

Orange Layer
  • 1 package (85g) Orange Gelatin Mix
  • 1 packet (7g) Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 cup (240ml) Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Vodka Chilled
Cream Layer
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 packet (7g) Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Cold Water For blooming
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Vanilla Extract

Equipment

  • 1 9x13 inch Baking Sheet Rimmed jelly roll pan
  • 1 Parchment Paper To prevent sticking
  • 1 Sharp Knife For clean slicing

Method
 

Prepare the Orange Layer
  1. Whisk orange gelatin and 1 packet unflavored gelatin with 1 cup (240ml) boiling water for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in cold vodka and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until tacky.
Prepare the Cream Layer
  1. Bloom 1 packet unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water for 5 minutes, then add 1/2 cup (120ml) boiling water and whisk until clear.
  2. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla. Allow to cool completely to room temperature.
  3. Pour the cream mixture over the orange layer and chill for 4 hours until very firm.
Roll and Slice
  1. Loosen edges and roll the gelatin tightly starting from the long end.
  2. Use a warm, sharp knife to slice into 1-inch rounds.
