Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to low. In the same skillet, add the softened cream cheese, dry ranch seasoning, milk (or cream), and minced garlic. Whisk constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, nestling it into the sauce. Spoon some of the sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese blend evenly over the chicken and sauce.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
For a richer sauce, use heavy cream instead of milk.
Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to prevent lumps in your sauce.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
