Making the Tortellini
- Place the refrigerated cheese tortellini into a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle evenly with the extra virgin olive oil and toss gently but thoroughly to coat.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder and fine sea salt over the oiled tortellini. Toss again until every piece is lightly coated with the seasoning.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the seasoned tortellini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking vigorously at the 5-minute mark, until the exterior is blistered and crunchy.
- Transfer the hot, crispy tortellini to a bowl. Immediately toss with powdery white grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with chopped fresh green parsley and serve next to a ramekin of warm marinara sauce.
