- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, chicken broth, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
- About 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the trimmed green beans to the crockpot and stir. Cover and continue cooking until tender-crisp.
- Remove chicken and green beans. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry. Whisk the slurry into the liquid in the crockpot until it thickens.
- Return the chicken and green beans to the crockpot. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss to coat in the glaze. Serve immediately.
