Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles divided
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate eggs for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until completely smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat again until light and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip and half of the Easter sprinkles with a spatula until just combined.
