Prepare the Boil
- Fill a large pot with 4 quarts (3.8L) water. Add half the seasoning, garlic, and one lemon (halved). Bring to a boil.
- Add halved potatoes; boil for 10 minutes. Add corn segments; boil for 5 more minutes.
- While veggies cook, sear sliced sausage in a skillet until edges are charred and browned.
- Add shrimp and seared sausage to the pot. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 3 minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Drain the pot. Melt butter with remaining seasoning and minced garlic. Toss everything in the sauce, garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

Don't overcook the shrimp; they continue to cook in the warm butter.
