- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This is for the baking method.
- Arrange the crab legs in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Brush the crab legs generously with about half of the garlic butter sauce. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through and fragrant.
- Serve immediately with the remaining garlic butter sauce for dipping, along with lemon wedges.
