- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
- Separate biscuits. Flatten each one into a 3-4 inch round.
- Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the seams together to seal completely. Place seam-side down in the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the cheese bombs.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately brush with the remaining garlic butter. Serve warm.
