Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz) such as Pillsbury Grands!
  • 4 oz low-moisture mozzarella cheese cut into 8 cubes
  • 1/4 cup salted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • 1 Small Bowl
  • 1 Pastry Brush

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. Separate biscuits. Flatten each one into a 3-4 inch round.
  3. Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  4. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the seams together to seal completely. Place seam-side down in the prepared pan.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the cheese bombs.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately brush with the remaining garlic butter. Serve warm.
