- Pat the chicken dry and cut into 1-inch cubes. In a medium bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken in the basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- While chicken cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30-60 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
- Transfer the hot, cooked chicken to a large bowl. Pour the warm garlic parmesan sauce over the top and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.

Notes
Don't Crowd the Pan: Give the chicken pieces space to ensure they get crispy instead of steaming.
Use Freshly Grated Parmesan: It melts better and provides superior flavor compared to pre-shredded varieties.
Toss While Hot: Combine the chicken and sauce while both are warm for the best coating and flavor.
