- Dice the tomatoes and remaining cucumber. Thinly slice the red onion and set aside for assembly.
Assemble the Gyro
- Lightly toast the pita bread in the same skillet for 30 seconds until soft and warm.
- Spread tzatziki on the pita, top with chicken, onions, tomatoes, and cucumber chunks. Garnish with fresh dill and dried oregano flakes.
