Method
Juicer Method
- Thoroughly wash all your fruits and vegetables. Chop the apple, cucumber, and ginger into pieces small enough to fit through your juicer's chute.
- Start by feeding the spinach and kale through the juicer, then follow with the green apple, cucumber, lemon, and ginger.
- Stir the collected juice and serve immediately.
Blender Method
- Wash all ingredients. Chop the apple and cucumber into 1-inch chunks. Peel the lemon and ginger.
- Place all ingredients into the blender with 1/2 to 1 cup of cold water. Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth.
- For a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Discard the pulp and serve immediately.
Notes
For a sweeter juice, you can add another half of a green apple or a small handful of pineapple. Store any leftovers in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
