Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and press it gently into a large rectangle.
- Arrange the ham slices in an even layer over the dough. Sprinkle evenly with the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Starting from a long side, roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the seam to seal it. Cut the log into 12 equal-sized sticks (about 1 to 1.5 inches each) and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the tops and sides of each stick.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
For an extra cheesy crust, sprinkle a little grated Parmesan cheese on top of the butter mixture before baking.
Ensure the dough is rolled tightly to keep the fillings secure during baking.
