- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain off any excess grease. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Without separating the rolls, use a large serrated knife to slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the bottom rolls. Layer the cheddar cheese slices on top. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls, using a pastry brush to ensure full coverage. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the tops are golden brown. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
Tip 1: To prevent soggy bottoms, ensure you drain the grease very well from the beef mixture.
Tip 2: For an extra layer of flavor, you can add a thin layer of your favorite burger sauce to the buns before adding the meat.
Tip 3: These sliders are best served warm, fresh from the oven, for the ultimate cheesy pull-apart experience.
