Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage Hot or mild, your preference
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel) undrained
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, cubed Velveeta, sour cream, undrained diced tomatoes with green chilies, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite chips, crackers, or veggies.
