Preparation
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, relish, and spices in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and orange; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Finely mince the white onion and shred the iceberg lettuce into thin strips. Keep lettuce chilled.
Cooking
- Toast all three layers of the sesame seed buns in a pan with a little butter until golden brown.
- Place 2oz beef balls on a screaming hot skillet. Smash flat with a spatula and cook for 2 minutes until a dark crust forms. Flip and cook for 1 minute.
Assembly
- On the bottom bun, add sauce, onions, lettuce, cheese, and one beef patty. Add the middle bun, more sauce, onions, lettuce, two pickles, and the second patty. Top with the sesame crown.
