- In a medium bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned on all sides.
- Pour the honey BBQ sauce over the chicken in the skillet, tossing to coat every piece. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
