- While the tofu cooks, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a large bowl.
- Transfer the hot, crispy tofu to the bowl with the sauce. Toss gently to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired, and serve immediately.
