Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour half of the honey garlic sauce over the chicken thighs. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Brush the remaining sauce over the chicken. Turn the oven to broil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the glaze is bubbly and caramelized. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
