  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Japanese Pink Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt High-quality and unrefined
  • 1-2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey Optional, for sweetness

Method
 

  1. Gently warm 2 cups of filtered water in a pot. It should be warm and comfortable to drink, not boiling. Let it cool for a minute after heating.
