Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Use a serrated knife to slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Evenly spread the shredded sharp yellow cheddar and white Monterey Jack over the bottom layer of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and oregano, then brush generously over the tops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the tops are toasted golden brown and glossy.
- Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, let rest for 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
