Method
- Pour the warm water into your glass. Add the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
- Add the freshly grated ginger and optional honey to the glass.
- Stir vigorously until the honey (if using) is completely dissolved and the ginger is well-distributed.
- Enjoy immediately. Sip the drink slowly, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
For a 'natural mounjaro tea recipe' variation, substitute the warm water with 1 cup of brewed green tea. You can also add a pinch of cayenne or cinnamon for a metabolic boost. Serve over ice for a cold drink.
