  • 1 cup Warm Water about 8 oz
  • 1 tbsp Raw, Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with 'the mother'
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey Optional, to taste

Method
 

  1. Pour the warm water into your glass. Add the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Add the freshly grated ginger and optional honey to the glass.
  3. Stir vigorously until the honey (if using) is completely dissolved and the ginger is well-distributed.
