  • 2 cups frozen peach chunks 300g
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 140g, full-fat preferred
  • 1 medium ripe banana 120g, broken into chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk 120ml, dairy or almond
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2.5ml
  • 1/2 fresh peach sliced into crescents for garnish

  • 1 Paring Knife For slicing fresh peach garnish
  • 1 Tall Glass Cylindrical vessel for serving

Method
 

Blending the Smoothie
  1. Add the milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to the blender first to ensure a smooth start.
  2. Place the frozen peach chunks and broken banana pieces on top of the liquid layer.
  3. Starting on low and moving to high, blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is a pale orange and velvety smooth.
  4. Pour into a tall clear glass. Fan three fresh peach slices on top and serve immediately while cold.
