- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom section in the dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers and cook until softened, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the shaved steak. Season with salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Cook until browned, breaking it up as you go. Drain excess grease.
- Return vegetables to the skillet with the steak. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- Spoon the steak mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Top with provolone cheese slices, then place the top half of the buns on.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let the sliders rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
