  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt finely ground
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp Raw Honey or Maple Syrup optional, for taste

Method
 

  1. Pour the warm water into a glass. Avoid using boiling water, as it can destroy the beneficial enzymes in the optional honey and lemon.
  2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until it has completely dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and add honey, if using. Stir again.
  4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach, at least 15-30 minutes before eating breakfast or drinking coffee.

Notes
