Preparation
- Chill a coupe glass. Rub a lemon wedge on the outer rim and dip into fine white granulated sugar until encrusted.
- In a shaker tin, combine 5-7 raspberries and simple syrup. Muddle until fruit is completely broken down.
- Add vodka and lemon juice. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until frost forms on the outside of the shaker.
- Strain through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh tea strainer into the prepared coupe glass.
- Carefully place the thin lemon wheel and a single raspberry on the surface of the liquid.
