  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme leaves only
  • 1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly cracked

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet Use a large one to avoid crowding

  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single, even layer on a large baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan; use two if necessary.

Notes

Tip 1: Don't Crowd the Pan. Giving the potatoes space is the most important step for getting them crispy.
Tip 2: High Heat is Key. 400°F (200°C) is the perfect temperature for a crispy exterior and creamy interior.
Tip 3: Ensure Potatoes are Dry. Pat the potatoes completely dry after washing to ensure they roast, not steam.
