  • 3 tbsp Avocado Oil or other high-smoke point oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro leaves only
  • 2 whole Lime Wedges bright green

  • 1 Silver Metallic Sheet Pan Heavy-duty for even heat distribution.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a silver metallic sheet pan inside to warm up.
  2. Slice the chicken breast, bell peppers, and white onion into uniform strips and slivers.
Cooking
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, peppers, and onions with oil and all spices until everything is coated in a reddish-brown dusting.
  2. Spread onto the sheet pan in a single layer. Roast for 18-22 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  3. Look for charred, blistered skins on the peppers and golden-brown seared edges on the chicken.
Garnish
  1. Remove from oven, scatter fresh cilantro leaves, and squeeze one lime wedge over the pan. Serve with remaining lime wedges.
