Method
- Crush the entire package of Oreo cookies in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese. Mix until well-combined.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. For snowmen, create a larger ball for the body and a smaller one for the head for each snowman. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the Oreo balls for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add coconut oil to thin if needed.
- Dip the large ball in chocolate and place it on the parchment paper. Dip the small ball and immediately place it on top of the large one.
- Before the chocolate sets, add mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons, an orange sprinkle for the nose, and pretzel sticks for arms. Let set completely.
- Once firm, use black icing or an edible marker to draw on a smile.

Notes
Ensure Oreo balls are well-chilled before dipping to prevent them from falling apart.
Use melting wafers instead of white chocolate chips for a smoother, better-setting coating.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
