Method

  1. Crush the entire package of Oreo cookies in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese. Mix until well-combined.
  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. For snowmen, create a larger ball for the body and a smaller one for the head for each snowman. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the Oreo balls for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add coconut oil to thin if needed.
  6. Dip the large ball in chocolate and place it on the parchment paper. Dip the small ball and immediately place it on top of the large one.
  7. Before the chocolate sets, add mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons, an orange sprinkle for the nose, and pretzel sticks for arms. Let set completely.
  8. Once firm, use black icing or an edible marker to draw on a smile.

Notes

Ensure Oreo balls are well-chilled before dipping to prevent them from falling apart.
Use melting wafers instead of white chocolate chips for a smoother, better-setting coating.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
