Ingredients
  

  • 14.3 oz regular Oreo cookies Do not use Double Stuf
  • 8 oz cream cheese full-fat, softened to room temperature
  • 16 oz white chocolate melting wafers or vanilla candy melts
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips For eyes and buttons
  • 1 tbsp orange sprinkles For the nose
  • 1 tube black decorating icing Optional, for the mouth

  • 1 Food processor Or a large zip-top bag and rolling pin
  • 1 Baking Sheet Lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Place the entire package of Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls (bodies) and 1/2-inch balls (heads). Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt the white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Attach a head to a body using a dab of melted chocolate. Dip the entire snowman into the melted chocolate to coat, then place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Before the chocolate sets, add mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons and an orange sprinkle for the nose. Let them set completely before serving.
