Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Dump Cake Layers
  • 2 cans strawberry pie filling (21 oz each)
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted (1 stick)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until just combined.
  3. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
