- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Dollop the cheesecake mixture over the strawberry filling.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much of the surface as possible.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let the cake cool for at least 15-20 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
